Refund & Returns Policy – G and ME FITNESS

At G and ME FITNESS, we strive to provide the best fitness services and products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Policy

All purchases made on our website (https://gmefitness.com/) fall under three categories:

  • Gym Memberships

  • Personal Training Services

  • Supplements & Physical Products

Each category has specific refund rules outlined below.


2. Gym Membership Policy

  • All gym membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Once a membership is activated, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

  • In case of medical emergencies, membership may be:

    • Paused (with valid proof)

    • Extended at management discretion


3. Personal Training Policy

  • Personal training packages are non-refundable once started.

  • If a client wishes to stop training:

    • Remaining sessions may be rescheduled within validity period

    • No cash refund will be provided

  • Packages have a validity period (e.g., 1–3 months), after which unused sessions will expire

  • Trainer changes are allowed based on availability


4. Supplements & Product Returns

We accept returns for supplements only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

  • Product is unopened, sealed, and unused

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Product is in original packaging with bill/invoice

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Products without original packaging

  • Discounted or clearance items


5. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos/videos as proof

  • We will provide:

    • Replacement OR

    • Full refund (if replacement not available)


6. Return Process (Supplements Only)

To request a return:

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Product images

  3. Once approved, ship the product back

 Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless it is our mistake.


7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible


9. Important Notes

  • We do not guarantee results from fitness programs or supplements, as outcomes vary by individual.

  • By purchasing from us, you agree to follow all gym rules and policies.
